Project Overview
- Yunnan Dongsheng Paper Co., Ltd. is a key backbone enterprise in the packaging paper sector in Yunnan, taking a leading position in the region in terms of production capacity and product quality. The enterprise launched a new construction project for the PM3 high-speed wide-width packaging paper machine to expand its high-end packaging paper capacity, improve production efficiency and build an intelligent and green benchmark production line. Featuring wide web width, high speed and heavy evaporation load, the project sets extremely high standards for the Enclosed Hood, ventilation system and heat recovery system in respect of operational stability, drying uniformity, energy efficiency and long-term reliability. Zhengding Environment customized an integrated solution covering Enclosed Hood, ventilation system and heat recovery system for this project. Recognized for reliable delivery and outstanding operating performance, Zhengding Environment was awarded the Exquisite Quality Award by the customer, further strengthening its professional reputation and brand influence in the supporting sector for high-end wide-width high-speed packaging paper machines.
Scope of Supply
- A full set of custom Closed Hood Systems are supplied, adapted to packaging paper production conditions with an extra-wide web width of 6800 mm, machine speed of 1100 m/min and heavy evaporation load.
- Supported by professional ventilation systems, the supply and exhaust air demands of the wide paper machine are precisely matched to ensure uniform drying and stable flow field across the entire web.
- Equipped with high-efficiency heat recovery systems, it effectively reduces production energy consumption and complies with green and energy-saving production standards for packaging paper.
- Zhengding Environment provides one-stop full-process services including overall solution design, complete equipment supply, on-site installation and commissioning, as well as continuous technical support for the project.
Core technology
- Taking into account the mild and humid climate in Yunnan, and to meet strict requirements for condensation prevention, uniform drying, energy saving and long-term stable operation, hood thermal insulation and waste heat recovery schemes customized for the local environment are adopted. The sealing and thermal insulation structure of the equipment are reinforced to adapt to regional climatic conditions and ensure stable operation all year round.
- The evaporation load and flow field balance are customized for the wide-width high-speed packaging paper conditions. Based on the production characteristics of the 6800 mm extra-wide web and 1100 m/min high speed, as well as the drying process and heavy evaporation demand of packaging paper, the total supply and exhaust air volume and cross-direction air distribution are precisely calculated. It guarantees uniform drying across the entire web width with no uneven moisture, perfectly adapting to continuous high-speed production.
- To satisfy the demands of intensive continuous high-speed production, an intelligent dual closed-loop control system of dew point and temperature is deployed with optimized high-dynamic PID control logic. It stabilizes exhaust dew point and supply air temperature accurately, effectively eliminating risks of condensation, dripping and web breaks to maintain continuous, efficient and stable operation of the packaging paper line.
- The operating ratio of the waste heat recovery system is optimized to maximize heat recovery efficiency and greatly cut steam consumption of the production line, achieving the dual production goals of long-term stable equipment operation and energy conservation.
