Product Introduction
Zhengding Environment’s Steam and Condensate system is specially designed for steam heating and condensate recovery in paper mills. Featuring a closed recovery and circulation structure, the system efficiently collects, recovers, and reuses high-temperature condensate generated from steam-consuming equipment such as paper machine dryer sections and hoods, reducing heat loss and water consumption.
The system helps reduce steam consumption and ensures continuous and stable operation of critical equipment, including dryer cylinders and hoods. It also prevents production efficiency and paper quality issues caused by poor drainage, water hammer, condensate accumulation, and steam leakage.
