Product Introduction
Zhengding Environment Hot Air Drying Box features a double-layer stainless steel shell filled with 100～150 mm rock wool / aluminum silicate insulation. The temperature rise of the outer shell ≤ ambient temperature +15 ℃. Two types available: 1. Impingement Nozzle Type: Staggered upper and lower nozzles with high heat transfer coefficient, suitable for medium and high basis weight paper. 2. Air Cushion Type: Non-contact support, ideal for thin paper, film and release paper, preventing scratches and sheet fluttering. Applicable width: ≤6600 mm, operating speed: 100～1200 m/min. It delivers uniform drying and stable coating quality. With CFD-optimized nozzle layout and plenum chamber design, the transverse temperature difference is small, effectively eliminating streaks, orange peel defects, color difference and "wet-dry edge" issues.
It is mainly used for water-based or solvent-based coatings applied on the surface of paper, paperboard, film or substrates. By hot air with controllable temperature, wind speed, humidity and airflow organization, convective heat transfer is carried out to rapidly evaporate water or solvents, so as to finally form continuous, flat and firmly adhered coatings.
It supports zoned regulation on demand, featuring remarkable energy saving, strong adaptability, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
