Project Overview
- Vietnam Truong Giang Paper is a leading tissue paper manufacturer in Vietnam with strong market influence and standing in the regional tissue industry. The enterprise launched the TM16 premium tissue paper production line project to expand its high-end tissue capacity and strengthen market competitiveness.
- With high operating speed and large production capacity, the project sets high requirements for the supporting hood, hot air and dust removal systems in terms of adaptability, energy efficiency, stability and environmental compliance.
- Zhengding Environment supplies Yankee Hoods, intelligent hot air systems and high-efficiency Dust Removal Systems to ensure stable commissioning of the project. The successful delivery of this project further enriches Zhengding Environment’s benchmark cases for high-end papermaking projects in Southeast Asia and builds practical experience for further overseas market expansion.

- An energy-efficient Yankee hood structure is adopted to reduce steam consumption and improve heat recovery efficiency for energy conservation. The supporting hot air system controls temperature and humidity and optimizes drying curves to guarantee stable product quality under high-speed production conditions. The Dust Removal System efficiently collects process dust to meet local environmental standards and improve the workshop working environment.
