Chengfa Paper Machine
Project Overview
- Sichuan Chengfa Paper Machinery is a key domestic manufacturer of wide-width papermaking equipment, capable of developing and manufacturing machinery for multiple paper grades including specialty paper, cultural paper and packaging paper, with mature applications in the specialty paper machine sector. Zhengding Environment provides exclusive Yankee Hood supporting equipment for Chengfa paper machines, and has become its long-term partner thanks to precise structural matching and reliable operation.
- Tailored to the stringent process requirements for gentle forming and drying of specialty paper, the equipment features accurate structural fit and stable, uniform air supply, fully meeting the high-quality production standards for specialty paper.
Scope of Supply
- Custom Yankee Hoods and hot air systems are supplied for Sichuan Chengfa paper machines of 2700 mm width at 300 m/min and 3560 mm width at 1700 m/min.
- Zhengding Environment provides exclusive customized design and complete equipment supply, complying with the original frame installation standards to ensure seamless connection and stable coordinated operation of the equipment.
Core technology
- In view of the sensitive forming characteristics and mild drying requirements of specialty paper grades, the flow field uniformity, low-disturbance air supply, sealing performance and anti-condensation capability of the Yankee Hood are strictly controlled. This ensures high compatibility with the original frame and Yankee cylinder to meet the high-quality production requirements for specialty paper.
- Precisely matched to the original structure of Chengfa paper machines, the hoods are custom-designed according to the Yankee cylinder dimensions, frame layout and installation boundaries of the 2700 and 3560 models, guaranteeing in-situ installation, aligned bolt holes and seamless fit with the main machine.
- A low-disturbance flow field design dedicated to specialty paper is adopted, equipped with soft and uniform nozzles and well-organized airflow. It effectively prevents web disturbance, preserves sheet formation quality and satisfies the stable drying demands of specialty paper.
- The fully sealed structure combined with a rigid frame design strengthens end and overall sealing, reduces hot air loss and prevents condensation and dripping, greatly improving equipment durability and long-term operational stability.
