Baotuo Paper Machine
Project Overview
- Baotuo Paper Machine is a mainstream brand of high-speed crescent former tissue paper machines in China. Its 2850 and 3500 series models enjoy a high market share and reliable operation, and are widely adopted by major tissue production bases. Zhengding Environment supplies brand-new Yankee Hoods for the full range of Baotuo paper machines. Thanks to high structural compatibility with original equipment, consistent drying performance and outstanding energy-saving results, Zhengding Environment has become a trusted professional supplier of hood systems for Baotuo customers over the long term.
- These projects cover major tissue production bases nationwide, with more than 40 sets of Yankee Hoods delivered in total. Custom solutions are developed in strict accordance with Baotuo’s original machine structure, installation boundaries and drying processes to realize in-situ installation and seamless connection, ensuring efficient, stable and energy-saving operation of the paper machines.
Scope of Supply
- Custom Yankee Hood equipment is supplied for Baotuo 2850 and 3500 series high-speed tissue paper machines.
- In accordance with the original machine standards, Zhengding Environment provides complete supporting services including customized Yankee Hood design, equipment supply and adaptive installation, catering to demands for new machine matching and old machine upgrading and retrofitting.
Core technology
- Targeting the operating characteristics of Baotuo 2850 and 3500 high-speed crescent former tissue paper machines with wide web width, high speed and heavy evaporation load, and based on the original standard structure and fixed installation boundaries, Zhengding Environment rigorously controls hood matching accuracy, hot air uniformity and sealing reliability. The core design objectives are high compatibility, no modification to the main machine, high efficiency and energy saving.
- Customized precisely to Baotuo’s original structure, the Yankee Hoods are designed on a 1:1 basis in strict accordance with the Yankee cylinder dimensions, frame layout, hot air connections and installation boundaries of Baotuo paper machines. They support in-situ installation and seamless connection without modifying the main machine or changing the production layout.
- The airflow field and sealing structure are optimized for Baotuo high-speed models. Custom nozzle angles and airflow organization, together with enhanced overall hood sealing and end air seals, improve hot air utilization and drying uniformity, preventing condensation, water dripping and web fluttering to adapt to continuous high-speed production.
- Dedicated standardized modular design is adopted, with exclusive standardized hood modules developed for Baotuo models. Unified workmanship and quality are implemented to suit bulk supply for new machines and in-situ retrofitting of existing units, delivering fast delivery, high stability and great versatility.
