Project Overview
- Shanghai Qingliang is a core manufacturer of high-end high-speed tissue paper machines in China. Its 2850, 3600 and 3600/3650 series high-speed crescent former paper machines feature mature technology and wide market application, representing mainstream high-end paper machine models in the industry. Zhengding Environment provides customized Yankee Hood supporting equipment for Shanghai Qingliang’s high-speed paper machines. With advantages such as high compatibility with original machine structure, stable drying performance, superior sealing and reliable operation, Zhengding Environment has become a high-quality partner of Shanghai Qingliang.
- These projects cover leading domestic tissue production bases as well as overseas projects in Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries. Supported by precise original-machine adaptive design and stable equipment performance, the Yankee Hoods fully meet the high-end production requirements of high-speed paper machines at home and abroad, delivering stable equipment operation and satisfactory matching results.
Scope of Supply
- Custom Yankee Hoods are supplied for Shanghai Qingliang 2850 series high-speed paper machines, with a total of 22 sets delivered.
- Custom Yankee Hoods are supplied for Shanghai Qingliang 3600/3650 series high-speed paper machines, with a total of 6 sets delivered.
- In accordance with the original machine standards, Zhengding Environment provides full supporting services including customized design and equipment supply of Yankee Hoods suitable for wide-width, high-speed and high-load machines, to meet the demand for bulk delivery of domestic and overseas projects.
Core technology
- For the high-end operating characteristics of Shanghai Qingliang 2850, 3600 and 3650 high-speed tissue paper machines featuring wide web width, high operating speed and heavy evaporation load, combined with the precise original structure and standardized installation boundaries of the machines, strict control is exercised over equipment matching accuracy, hot air uniformity, sealing reliability and stability during high-speed operation.
- The Yankee Hoods are custom-made at a 1:1 ratio to Shanghai Qingliang’s original structure. Designed precisely according to the Yankee cylinder dimensions, frame layout and installation boundaries of the paper machines, they allow on-site installation and seamless connection for high compatibility with the main machine.
- Hood performance is optimized for high-speed tissue production processes. Adjustments to nozzle angle, airflow organization and sealing structure improve drying uniformity and hot air utilization, eliminating condensation, water dripping and web fluttering to ensure continuous and stable high-speed operation.
- Standardized modular design is adopted to accommodate bulk orders and overseas project delivery, with unified workmanship and quality. It enables fast response to bulk supporting demands at home and abroad, achieving efficient delivery and long-term stable equipment operation.
