Project Overview
- Changda Machinery is a mainstream manufacturer of high-speed crescent former tissue paper machines in China. Its equipment serves numerous tissue production bases at home and abroad, featuring reliable operation, strong adaptability and a high market share. Zhengding Environment has long provided professional Yankee Hood supporting equipment for the full range of Changda paper machines. With high structural compatibility, stable operation and excellent drying performance, Zhengding Environment has become a qualified supplier of Yankee Hood systems for Changda Machinery.
- Zhengding Environment provides brand-new Yankee Hood supporting services for all models of Changda high-speed tissue paper machines. The projects cover major domestic paper mills as well as overseas sites in Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and other countries, with more than 50 sets delivered in total. The equipment enjoys good adaptability and stable operation, meeting the continuous production requirements of high-speed paper machines worldwide.
Scope of Supply
- Yankee Hood: Compatible with the full range of wide-width high-speed tissue paper machines of Changda Machinery, including 2850, 3550, 3750, 3800 and 3850 models. It can meet the bulk supporting demands of domestic and overseas projects, with over 50 sets delivered in total.
Core technology
- For Changda Machinery’s wide-width high-speed tissue paper machines including 2850, 3550, 3750, 3800 and 3850 models characterized by high operating speed, heavy evaporation load and intensive continuous production, strict control is exercised over the installation matching accuracy, sealing reliability, hot air uniformity and overall operational stability of the Yankee Hood to adapt to high-speed and heavy-duty production requirements.
- Customized to match the original structure of Changda paper machines, the structural design follows the Yankee cylinder dimensions, frame layout and installation boundaries of each Changda model to ensure in-situ installation, precise dimensions and perfect compatibility with the main machine.
- Nozzles and flow field distribution are optimized. The nozzle angle and airflow organization are customized according to the drying characteristics of high-speed tissue paper machines to ensure uniform temperature distribution across the web and improve drying efficiency and finished paper quality.
- The sealing structure and overall rigidity are enhanced. Special end-face seals and air seal structures are adopted to reduce hot air leakage and improve operational stability, satisfying the requirements for long-duration continuous high-speed production.
