Project Overview
- Taisheng Group, with subsidiaries including Hubei Zhencheng Paper, Suzhou Household Products, Jiangxi Paper and other production bases, is a leading enterprise in China’s tissue paper industry, ranking among the top nationwide in bamboo pulp and tissue paper production capacity. To boost the operational efficiency of high-speed tissue paper machines, cut energy consumption and improve the workshop environment, the client has carried out technical transformation, new construction of hood systems as well as supporting dust removal and dehumidification projects for multiple paper machines. The project requires the systems to deliver high-efficiency drying, stable and reliable performance, energy conservation, clean dust control and long-cycle operation.
- All production lines of this project were successfully commissioned at the first attempt and operate stably in compliance with standards. The drying efficiency, energy-saving performance and cleanliness level all meet the client’s requirements for high-speed production.
Scope of Supply
- Core equipment including Yankee Hoods and hot air systems are supplied, adapting to high-speed tissue production conditions with web widths ranging from 2850 mm to 3900 mm and machine speeds from 900 to 1600 m/min, for the production of tissue paper and hand towel paper.
- Energy-saving technical transformation and component optimization services for hoods are provided to meet the diverse operating conditions of paper machines across multiple bases.
- Supporting equipment such as Paper Dust Removal Systems and wet-end dehumidification systems are supplied to complete the supporting system for cleanliness, dehumidification and energy saving of production lines.
- Zhengding Environment takes full charge of full-process services covering project solution design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and startup support, ensuring stable and compliant commissioning and operation of projects at all bases.
Core technology
- With projects located in multiple regions including Hubei, Suzhou (Anhui) and Jiujiang (Jiangxi), where four seasons are distinct with high temperature and high humidity in summer and drastic temperature and humidity fluctuations in winter, the proportion of fresh air pre-treatment, waste heat recovery and exhaust systems is optimized to meet customized requirements for energy saving, stability, temperature control and cleanliness. This ensures stable system operation all year round with remarkable energy-saving performance.
- Air volume and heat load are precisely customized according to the speed and evaporation capacity of different paper machines to guarantee uniform and stable drying of high-speed paper machines, satisfying the production demands of various high-speed tissue models.
- Custom design is implemented based on heat source and Yankee pocket ventilation processes. Combined with on-site steam parameters and pocket ventilation requirements, the hood structure, pocket ventilation and hot air circulation routes are optimized to improve thermal efficiency, reduce energy consumption and maintain consistent finished paper quality.
