Project Overview
- Bangladesh Jamuna Paper Mill is a local papermaking enterprise with considerable scale and market influence, holding a stable position in the regional paper industry. The enterprise carries out new construction and technical transformation of production lines to optimize capacity structure, improve production efficiency and strengthen core product competitiveness. It sets high requirements for the Closed Hood System in terms of operational stability, energy consumption control, machine adaptability and convenient maintenance.
- This project is under the general contracting of Shandong Xinhe Papermaking Engineering Co., Ltd. Zhengding Environment provides a complete customized solution for simplified Closed Hoods, taking full charge of solution design, equipment supply and dedicated technical services. After commissioning, the equipment runs stably with uniform drying conditions and perfect compatibility with the main machine, meeting the demands for continuous production and energy-efficient maintenance of the line. This project further improves Zhengding Environment’s overseas project layout in South Asia and enriches its benchmark references for simplified hood supporting for medium-speed wide-width paper machines worldwide.
Scope of Supply
- Custom Simplified Closed Hood System is supplied, adapted to medium-speed paper machine working conditions with an extra-wide web width of 4560 mm and a machine speed of 550 m/min.
- Zhengding Environment provides exclusive project solution design, complete equipment supply, on-site fitting and full technical services to ensure high-quality implementation and stable commissioning of this overseas project.
Core technology
- For the medium-speed working condition of the 4560 mm wide paper machine running at 550 m/min, combined with the core demands of overseas projects for high-quality production, low-cost maintenance and cost performance, a custom simplified Closed Hood solution is developed. It balances practicality, operational stability and cost-effectiveness and complies with standardized production requirements for overseas paper machines.
- The sealing and lightweight thermal insulation structure of the hood are optimized. While simplifying the overall construction, it effectively reduces hot air loss and improves heat utilization to cut energy consumption and support long-duration continuous energy-saving operation.
- The overall layout and dimensions are streamlined to adapt to on-site installation conditions overseas. It features good installation compatibility and fast construction. Meanwhile, the simplified structure lowers later inspection and maintenance costs to meet the requirements for overseas project delivery and long-cycle stable operation.
- The internal airflow organization and exhaust structure are scientifically optimized to balance the temperature field and drying condition inside the hood and avoid uneven drying. It ensures smooth continuous operation of the wide-width paper machine and suits regular heavy-duty production of medium-speed paper machines.
