Product Introduction
The ZDET steam condensate system is specifically designed for steam heating and condensate recovery in papermaking plants. Featuring a closed‑loop recovery and recirculation configuration, it reliably captures and cleanly reuses high‑temperature condensate generated by steam‑using equipment such as dryer sections and hood systems, thereby minimizing heat loss and reducing water consumption.
The system can reduce steam consumption, ensure the continuous and stable operation of critical equipment such as drying cylinders and steam hoods, and prevent issues like inadequate condensate drainage, water hammer, and leaks from compromising production efficiency and paper quality.
