Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in early-stage technical discussions with clients, analyze their requirements, and deliver customized solutions.
2. Mechanical structural design, analysis, and optimization of key equipment (such as hood systems, heat recovery systems, drying ovens, etc.);
3. Responsible for 2D/3D drafting, BOM preparation, and technical documentation writing;
4. Coordinate with production, procurement, quality control, and other departments to ensure design implementation and manufacturing feasibility.
5. Support on-site installation and commissioning, and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field;
2. At least 5 years of experience in designing non-standard mechanical equipment; candidates with a background in the paper, environmental protection, or chemical industries are preferred.
3. Proficiency in drafting software; candidates with expertise in mechanical analysis and fluid simulation (e.g., ANSYS) will receive additional consideration.
4. Familiar with machining processes, material selection, and cost control;
5. Possesses experience in independently managing end-to-end project execution and is able to accommodate short-term business travel.

1. Responsible for market development and sales of the company’s papermaking energy-saving and emission-reduction equipment and solutions, ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets.
2. Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships to establish long-term, stable partnerships.
3. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to deliver professional solutions and technical support.
4. Gather industry market intelligence, analyze competitors’ activities, and develop effective sales strategies;
5. Participate in business negotiations, contract execution, and payment collection follow-up to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Regularly submit sales reports and market analyses to provide a basis for the company’s decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with majors in marketing, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. Prior experience of 3+ years in the sales of chemicals or mechanical equipment in the paper industry is preferred.
3. Possesses strong capabilities in market development, business negotiation, and customer relationship management;
4. Able to handle frequent business travel, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure.
