Zhengding Environmental’s Through‑Air Drying (TAD) cylinder is designed to meet the drying requirements of a wide range of household paper products, and is extensively used for drying premium toilet paper, facial tissues, and filter paper, thereby addressing the specialized needs of paper mills.
The equipment employs a non-contact hot-air penetration drying principle, in which a high-temperature airflow passes uniformly through the paper web, removing pore‑bound water that comes into contact with each individual fiber, thereby achieving a higher drying rate than conventional methods.
It effectively preserves the fiber’s native three-dimensional structure, resulting in a finished product with exceptional breathability, enhanced softness, bulkiness, and absorbency, while achieving superior paper quality even with reduced fiber usage.
