Product Introduction
The Zhengding Environmental Web Stabilizer is specifically designed for the dryer section of paper machines, open threading zones, and single‑drum Yankee cylinder groups. Leveraging a patented high‑speed web stabilizer and an aerodynamically optimized structure, it generates a uniform, stable airflow that effectively suppresses web flutter, vibration, and deviation, thereby significantly reducing common paper defects such as breaks, creases, folds, and edge curling.
The system features optimized pressure matching and stable operation, accommodating a wide range of paper grades—including high-speed, wide-web paper machines, containerboard, high-strength corrugated paper, specialty cultural papers, and lightweight specialty papers—thereby helping to increase machine speeds, enhance operational efficiency, and improve finished‑paper quality.
