Project Overview

  • The Hubei Xianhe Project comprises two categories totaling 285. 0 Dust removal support services for a series of wide-web paper machine production lines, specifically 2850–1800. 2850-1600 production line. Zhengding Environment and Shanghai Qingliang, Hubei Xianhe New Materials Cooperation , ensure Workshop dust‑controlled working environment, improved yield of qualified finished products, and compliance with stringent environmental and production‑control standards. Therefore Customers value the dust collection system’s operational stability, dust purification efficiency, balanced airflow control, low-noise and energy-saving performance, and centralized intelligent operation and maintenance. Wait All indicators set high standards.
  • Zhengding Environment has tailored integrated dust‑control solutions for two distinct paper‑machine configurations, delivering a total of six dust‑collection systems: two systems—TM1 and TM2—were installed on the 2850–1600 production line, while four systems—TM5 through TM8—were deployed on the 2850–1800 line. All dust‑removal equipment was commissioned and put into operation in a single phase, synchronized with the production lines, demonstrating stable performance, excellent dust‑control results, and compliant emissions that consistently meet regulatory standards. These solutions align with the plant’s requirements for 24‑hour continuous operation and green, low‑carbon production management.

Scope of Supply

  • The 2850-1600 production line is equipped with two dedicated dust-collection systems.
  • The 2850-1800 production line is equipped with four sets of dedicated dust-collection systems.
  • Responsible for the overall planning and design of all dust‑removal systems, including equipment manufacturing and supply, on‑site piping installation, complete‑machine assembly and integrated commissioning, as well as long‑term after‑sales maintenance and operational support.

Core technology

  • In response to the operational characteristics of multi‑machine, centralized layout; batch‑wise, complete‑set integration; 24‑hour continuous high‑intensity production; and stringent environmental standards, a centralized dust‑collection system has been implemented to meet the unified dust‑control requirements of large paper‑making facilities, ensuring the stable, uninterrupted operation of the entire equipment suite year round.
  • Equipped with a high‑capacity, high‑efficiency dust‑removal unit specially designed for the papermaking industry, it can support simultaneous vacuuming on multiple paper machines, delivering ample suction power and achieving excellent capture of fine fibrous dust, thereby significantly improving the workshop’s dust‑control environment.
  • Scientifically coordinate the overall piping layout and airflow balance across all production lines, addressing issues of uneven pressure and inconsistent dust-collection performance when multiple dust-removal systems operate in parallel.
  • Equipped with an intelligent interlocking control system and multiple explosion-proof and overload protection devices, the unit operates with low noise and controllable energy consumption. It supports centralized monitoring via a central control system and unified operations and maintenance management, reducing subsequent manual O&M costs, and is compatible with the standardized, intelligent, and green production management systems of large-scale papermaking enterprises.
