Jiangxi Liwen Hygiene Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Project Overview
- Jiangxi Liwen Hygiene Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Liwen Paper Group and a leading, highly influential benchmark enterprise in China’s household paper industry. To further enhance the workshop’s production environment, environmental standards, and intelligent management capabilities, the company has launched a systematic dust‑removal upgrade project. The project encompasses centralized dust‑collection systems for multiple paper machines and rewinders, with stringent requirements across system stability, dust‑removal efficiency, noise control, centralized operations and maintenance, and safety and environmental performance.
- Zhengding Environment provided a comprehensive turnkey solution for the project, including dust collection systems for paper machines and rewinders, and successfully delivered 12 complete dust collection units in a single phase. The entire production line was commissioned on the first attempt, with stable system operation, outstanding dust removal performance, and compliance with environmental standards, fully meeting the requirements for continuous, high‑efficiency production and green, eco‑friendly manufacturing.
Scope of Supply
- Equipped with six dust-collection systems specially designed for 2,850-mm paper machines, tailored to meet the continuous‑production dust‑removal requirements of the production line.
- Equipped with six dedicated dust-collection systems for 2,850-mm rewinders, ensuring comprehensive dust extraction coverage for all critical equipment throughout the workshop.
- Responsible for the overall system design of the dust‑removal system, the supply of a complete set of equipment, on‑site installation and commissioning, as well as subsequent operation and maintenance support, thereby enabling the implementation of an integrated, centralized dust‑removal system across multiple machines.
Core technology
- In response to the operational characteristics of multi‑machine, centralized layout, batch‑level integration, continuous high‑intensity production, and stringent environmental standards, a centralized, high‑efficiency dust‑collection system has been implemented. This solution is tailored to meet the unified dust‑control needs of large‑scale workshops, ensuring the system’s long‑term stable operation.
- Equipped with a dedicated dust-collection unit featuring high airflow and superior filtration efficiency, it meets the demands of simultaneous in‑shop vacuuming, delivering robust suction power and exceptional filtration accuracy. This effectively enhances the workshop’s production environment and ensures consistent compliance with environmental emission standards.
- needle Scientifically optimize the overall ductwork layout and balance airflow distribution, addressing the challenge of achieving uniform airflow among 12 concurrently operating systems. This prevents uneven air pressure and inconsistent dust‑collection performance, ensuring consistent and stable dust removal across the entire line.
- Equipped with an intelligent interconnected control system and multiple protective devices, the equipment features low operating noise and controllable energy consumption. It supports centralized monitoring and unified operations and maintenance management, significantly reducing post‑deployment O&M complexity and seamlessly integrating into large paper mills’ standardized, smart, and green production management frameworks.
