Scope of Supply
- Custom-designed, fully integrated enclosed hood system, tailored to meet the demanding production conditions of packaging paper at an ultra-wide web width of 6,800 mm and a high-speed evaporation rate of 1,100 m/min.

- Taking into account Yunnan’s warm, humid climate, and in response to the project’s stringent requirements for condensation prevention, uniform drying, energy efficiency, and long-term stable operation, a custom-designed air‑cushion insulation and waste‑heat recovery solution has been developed to suit the local environmental conditions. The equipment’s sealing and thermal insulation have been reinforced to align with the region’s climatic operating parameters, ensuring reliable year‑round performance.
- The evaporative load and airflow balance are custom‑designed to meet the operating conditions of wide‑width, high‑speed packaging paper. Based on the production characteristics of a 6,800 mm web width and a machine speed of 1,100 m/min, as well as the drying process and substantial evaporation requirements, the total supply and exhaust air volumes and the lateral airflow distribution are precisely calculated to ensure uniform drying across the entire web width—eliminating both dry‑spot and wet‑spot issues—and achieving optimal adaptation to high‑speed continuous production.
- Designed to meet the demands of high-speed, high‑intensity continuous production, it employs a dual closed-loop intelligent control system that integrates dew point and temperature regulation, with an optimized high‑dynamic PID control logic. This ensures precise and stable exhaust dew point and supply air temperature, effectively eliminating the risks of condensation, dripping, and paper breaks, thereby guaranteeing continuous, efficient, and stable operation of the packaging paper production line.
- Optimize the operating ratios of the waste heat recovery system to maximize waste heat recovery efficiency, significantly reduce steam consumption on the production line, and achieve the dual production objectives of long-term equipment stability and energy conservation.
