Project Overview

  • Vietnam BNP Production & Trading Co., Ltd. is a large-scale tissue paper manufacturer in the region, renowned for its substantial scale and significant industry influence. The company has embarked on a comprehensive plan to establish a state-of-the-art, intelligent production line, aiming to build a benchmark paper‑making base in the area. The project includes two new crescent‑shaped tissue‑paper machine lines, each with an annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes, yielding a total annual output of up to 60,000 tonnes—making it one of Vietnam’s key paper‑making projects in terms of single‑machine capacity at this stage. With high machine speeds and considerable production volumes, the project places stringent demands on the operational stability, energy‑efficiency, model compatibility, and continuous‑operation load‑carrying capability of Yankee hood systems.
  • In response to the project’s high-speed, high-capacity production conditions, Zhengding Environment has custom-designed a dedicated Yankee hood system solution, perfectly tailored to meet the continuous production requirements of the line. The project has been successfully commissioned, achieving first‑pass paper output, with the equipment operating smoothly and delivering stable performance, resulting in outstanding production results.

 

Scope of Supply

  • Custom-designed, dedicated Yankee hood systems are tailored to meet the high‑capacity production requirements of a 3,880 mm–wide, 1,700 m/min ultra‑high‑speed crescent‑type tissue machine.
  • We assume full responsibility for the customized design of the Yank gas‑hood project, custom equipment manufacturing, overall machine integration and optimization, on‑site commissioning, and end-to-end technical support, ensuring the production line achieves smooth, one‑time startup.

  • It features deep matching of the operating characteristics of high-speed, high-capacity paper machines, with targeted optimization of the air hood’s internal airflow distribution and wind‑field structure, enabling seamless adaptation to ultra‑high speeds of 1,700 m/min. This effectively supports rapid production rhythms and ensures continuous, stable line operation.
  • Employing a mature and robust hood‑type design, the equipment boasts enhanced sealing and superior temperature control, seamlessly meeting the stringent drying standards of premium toilet paper production. This effectively eliminates issues such as uneven drying and quality defects, ensuring consistently stable paper quality.
  • Compliant with the production line’s energy‑saving configuration standards for permanent‑magnet drives, this solution optimizes the hood’s overall structure and energy‑consumption design. While ensuring stable equipment operation and high‑quality drying, it further reduces production energy use, enabling both reliable manufacturing and green, energy‑efficient operations.
  • It is compatible with a dual‑line, high‑capacity continuous production mode, featuring a robust equipment design and strong operational adaptability, capable of sustaining heavy‑duty continuous production over extended periods, thereby meeting the long‑term, high‑quality, and stable production requirements of large‑scale capacity bases.
