Project Overview
- Asia-Pacific Saide Li is a benchmark enterprise in the high-end cellulose and household paper sectors. This project is being delivered as a turnkey solution by Baotuo Paper Machine. To establish a high-speed, high-quality, low-energy‑consumption household paper production line, the customer has launched a new project to supply the associated hood and hot‑air systems for the paper machine, setting stringent requirements for equipment dryness uniformity, operational stability, thermal efficiency, high-speed compatibility, and long-term reliability.
- The project’s paper machine has a web width of 2,850 mm and a design speed of 1,600 m/min. It is configured to produce high‑grade household tissue, operating under high‑speed conditions that place extremely stringent demands on the system’s compatibility and stability.
- The project achieved a successful first-time startup, with the equipment operating stably and meeting all performance specifications. Drying efficiency, energy consumption metrics, and operational stability all fully satisfy the customer’s stringent requirements.

- Zhengding Environment provides project‑specific Yankee hood systems and a complete set of core equipment for hot‑air drying systems, tailored to the operating conditions of a 2,850 mm‑wide, 1,600 m/min high‑speed household paper production line.
