Project Overview

  • Asia Pacific Senbo (Guangdong) Paper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Singapore’s Golden Eagle Group, is located in Jiangmen, Guangdong. It is a national-level green factory and a leading domestic manufacturer of premium household paper and cultural paper, enjoying significant industry influence. The project imposes stringent requirements on system drying uniformity, operational stability, thermal efficiency, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and long‑term reliability. Through its successful collaboration with Asia Pacific Senbo, Zhengding Environment has further strengthened its position in the high-speed household paper air‑cushion dryer segment and deepened its strategic partnership with leading pulp and paper groups.
  • This project achieved a successful first-time startup and stable, compliant operation, with drying performance, energy consumption metrics, and operational reliability all meeting the customer’s stringent requirements.

Scope of Supply

  • Customized Yankee hood system, tailored to high-end household paper production lines with a web width of 2,850 mm and operating at speeds up to 1,600 m/min.
  • Equipped with a complete hot-air system, it ensures uniform drying, stable operation, and energy savings for high-speed paper machines.
  • Assume full responsibility for the project’s hood system, hot-air system, piping, valves, control systems, and on-site commissioning and startup support, ensuring stable, compliant operation throughout the entire process.

Core technology

  • Taking into account the high‑temperature, high‑humidity, and rain‑and‑salt‑fog‑prone climatic conditions of Jiangmen, Guangdong, this solution addresses highly customized requirements for stable system operation, energy efficiency, precise temperature and humidity control, and robust sealing and corrosion resistance. It enhances the hood’s airtightness and its drainage and dehumidification systems, optimizes the balance between fresh‑air pre‑treatment and waste‑heat recovery, and improves the system’s adaptability to hot, humid environments, thereby ensuring year‑round stable performance and outstanding energy‑saving results.
  • Precisely tailored to vehicle speed and evaporation rate, the system leverages a high-speed operating condition of 1,600 m/min and real-time evaporation load to accurately calculate airflow volume, air pressure, and heat distribution. It optimizes the hood’s outlet angle and wind‑speed profile, ensuring uniform penetration of hot air through the paper web, resulting in stable drying with no over‑drying or under‑drying, thereby guaranteeing continuous, high‑efficiency operation of high‑speed machines.
  • Custom-designed according to the manufacturing process of household paper, this solution leverages the material’s high softness, excellent uniformity, and low basis weight by optimizing the hood‑seal structure and bag‑zone ventilation, thereby minimizing sheet flutter and breakage, and enhancing both yield and product quality. It also aligns with Yankee cylinder operating parameters to improve thermal efficiency and reduce steam consumption.
