Project Overview
- Taisheng Group, which encompasses production bases such as Hubei Zhencheng Paper, Suzhou Daily‑Use Products, and Jiangxi Paper, is a leading enterprise in China’s household paper industry, with bamboo pulp and household paper production capacities ranking among the highest nationwide. To enhance the operational efficiency of high‑speed tissue machines, reduce energy consumption, and improve workshop conditions, the customer has undertaken technological upgrades to the hood systems of multiple paper machines, as well as the construction of new dust‑collection and dehumidification facilities. The project demands an efficient drying system that is stable and reliable, energy‑saving and low‑consumption, clean and dust‑free, and capable of long‑term continuous operation.
- All production lines in this project were successfully commissioned on the first attempt and have been operating stably at or above specified performance levels. Drying efficiency, energy savings, and cleanliness all meet the customer’s requirements for high-speed production.
Scope of Supply
- We supply Yankee hood systems and core components of hot-air drying systems, tailored to high-speed household paper production lines with web widths ranging from 2,850 mm to 3,900 mm and machine speeds from 900 m/min to 1,600 m/min, suitable for manufacturing toilet paper and hand towel paper.
- We offer energy-saving technical upgrades and component optimization services for hood systems, tailored to meet the diverse operating conditions of paper machines across multiple sites.
- Complementary dust‑removal and dehumidification systems are provided, thereby establishing a comprehensive production‑line solution for cleanliness, dehumidification, and energy efficiency.
- We assume full responsibility for the entire service process, including project design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning, and start-up support, ensuring that projects at all sites achieve stable, compliant, and reliable operation upon commissioning.

- Taking into account the project’s multi‑regional footprint across Hubei, Suzhou in Anhui, and Jiujiang in Jiangxi—characterized by distinct seasonal variations, high temperatures and humidity in summer, and significant temperature and humidity fluctuations in winter—and addressing customized requirements for system energy efficiency, operational stability, temperature control, and cleanliness, we have optimized the configuration of the fresh‑air pre‑treatment, waste‑heat recovery, and exhaust‑air systems to ensure year‑round stable operation and outstanding energy‑saving performance.
- Precisely tailor airflow and heat output to match the specific wire speed and evaporation rate of each paper machine, ensuring uniform and stable drying on high-speed lines and meeting the production requirements of various models for high-speed household paper.
- Custom-designed according to the heat source and cylinder‑section ventilation process, this solution integrates on‑site steam‑heat‑source parameters with the cylinder‑section ventilation system to optimize the hood structure, bag‑zone ventilation, and hot‑air circulation pathways, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring stable paper quality.
