For many years, Zhengding Environment has provided specialized Yankee hood systems to support Changda Machinery’s entire range of paper machines. Thanks to its superior structural compatibility, reliable operation, and excellent drying performance, Zhengding Environment has become an approved supplier of Yankee hood systems for Changda Machinery.
  • Zhengding Environment provides brand‑new, integrated Yankee hood solutions for Changda Machinery’s high‑speed tissue paper machines across all models, serving major domestic paper mills as well as overseas projects in Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and other markets. To date, more than 50 sets have been delivered, with excellent equipment compatibility and stable operation, fully meeting the continuous production requirements of high‑speed paper machines both at home and abroad.

  • Yank air hood: Compatible with Changda Machinery’s full range of wide‑web, high‑speed tissue machines—models 2850, 3550, 3750, 3800, and 3850—meeting the bulk‑supply needs of domestic and international projects, with over 50 installations to date.

  • In response to the operating conditions of Changda Machinery’s wide‑width, high‑speed tissue paper machines—models 2850, 3550, 3750, 3800, and 3850—which feature high line speeds, substantial evaporation loads, and intense continuous production demands, we rigorously control the installation alignment accuracy, sealing reliability, hot‑air uniformity, and overall operational stability of the Yankee hood, ensuring optimal performance to meet the requirements of high‑speed, high‑intensity production.
  • Based on Chanda’s proprietary paper machine architecture, the structural design strictly adheres to the dimensions of Chanda’s Yankee cylinders, the frame layout, and the installation clearances for each model, ensuring in‑situ installation, dimensional accuracy, and optimal compatibility with the main machine.
  • Optimize the nozzle design and flow field distribution, customizing the nozzle angle and airflow configuration to suit the drying characteristics of high-speed tissue paper machines, thereby ensuring uniform temperature across the entire web width and enhancing both drying efficiency and paper quality.
  • The sealing structure and overall rigidity have been reinforced, and a dedicated face seal and air‑seal configuration have been adopted to minimize hot‑air leakage, enhance operational stability, and meet the demands of long‑term, continuous high‑speed production.
