Project Overview
- Sichuan Chengfa Paper Machine is a leading domestic manufacturer of wide‑web papermaking equipment, with robust R&D and production capabilities for a diverse range of paper grades, including specialty papers, cultural papers, and packaging papers. It has established a well‑proven track record in the specialty paper machine segment. Zhengding Environmental provides Chengfa Paper Machine with dedicated Yankee hood systems that feature precise structural alignment and stable, reliable operation, making it a long‑term strategic partner.
- This project is tailored to meet the stringent process requirements of special‑paper drying and gentle forming, featuring a precisely engineered equipment design and uniform, stable air distribution, thereby fully satisfying the high‑quality production standards for special paper.
Scope of Supply
- Custom-designed Yankee hood and hot-air systems were provided for Sichuan Chengfa’s paper machine models with a web width of 2,700 mm and a speed of 300 m/min, as well as those with a web width of 3,560 mm and a speed of 1,700 m/min.
- We offer custom-designed solutions and turnkey equipment supply, fully compliant with original‑equipment rack‑mounting standards, ensuring seamless integration and stable, coordinated operation.

- In response to the operational characteristics of specialty paper—namely, its sensitivity to web formation and its requirement for gentle drying conditions—this solution rigorously controls the uniformity of the Yankee hood airflow, minimizes air‑induced disturbances, ensures superior sealing performance, and effectively prevents condensation. It also guarantees optimal compatibility with the original equipment frame and Yankee cylinder height, thereby meeting the stringent quality requirements of specialty paper production.
- Precisely matched to the original design of Chengfa paper machines, it is custom‑designed based on the Yankee cylinder dimensions, frame layout, and installation clearances of models 2700 and 3560, ensuring in‑situ installation, hole‑alignment, and seamless compatibility with the main machine.
- Employing a low‑disturbance airflow design tailored for specialty papers, coupled with a gentle, evenly distributed air nozzle and optimized airflow management, this system effectively minimizes disturbances to the paper web, ensures superior surface formation, and meets the stringent drying requirements of specialty paper production.
- Featuring a fully sealed structure paired with a rigid frame design, this unit enhances both end-face and overall sealing performance, minimizing hot-air loss and preventing condensation and dripping, thereby significantly improving equipment durability and long-term operational stability.
