  • Baotuo paper machines are a leading domestic brand for high-speed, crescent‑shaped tissue paper production lines. Its 2850 and 3500 series models enjoy strong market penetration and reliable operation, making them widely adopted by major tissue‑paper manufacturing facilities. Zhengding Environmental provides a complete range of Yanke hood systems tailored to Baotuo’s entire product line. With features such as close alignment with the original equipment design, consistent drying performance, and outstanding energy‑saving benefits, Zhengding has become a trusted, long‑term supplier of hood systems for Baotuo paper machine users.
  • This project covers major household paper production hubs across China, with a cumulative installation of over 40 YANKEE hood systems. Tailored to the original equipment manufacturer’s structural specifications, installation clearances, and drying process, the solutions enable in‑situ installation and seamless integration, ensuring efficient, stable, and energy‑saving operation of the paper machines.

  • In accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications, we provide comprehensive services, including custom design of Yankee hood systems, equipment supply, and integrated installation and commissioning, to meet both new‑machine integration and retrofitting needs for existing equipment.

 

Core technology

  • In response to the operating conditions of the Baotuo 2850 and 3500 high-speed crescent‑shaped tissue paper machines—characterized by wide web widths, high speeds, and substantial evaporation loads—the design leverages the original manufacturer’s standard architecture and fixed installation constraints. It rigorously controls hood‑matching accuracy, hot‑air uniformity, and sealing reliability, with the core objectives of achieving tight system integration, minimizing host‑machine modifications, and delivering high efficiency and energy savings.
  • Precisely customized to match the original Baotuo design, it strictly adheres to the dimensions of the Baotuo Yankee cylinder, the machine frame layout, and the hot‑air interface and installation boundaries, achieving a 1:1 match with the factory‑original configuration. This enables in‑situ installation and seamless integration without modifying the main machine or disrupting the production layout.
  • The wind field and sealing structure have been optimized for the Baotuo high-speed model, with customized nozzle angles and airflow management. The overall enclosure seal and end-face air seals have been reinforced to enhance hot-air utilization and drying uniformity, eliminating condensation, dripping, and paper drift, thereby ensuring compatibility with high-speed continuous production conditions.
  • Employing a dedicated standardized modular design, we have developed model‑specific standardized air‑hood modules that ensure consistent processes and quality. These modules are compatible with both new‑machine mass‑production integration and in‑situ upgrades of existing equipment, delivering rapid deployment, high stability, and broad versatility.
