Project Overview
- Shanghai Qingliang is a leading domestic manufacturer of high-end, high-speed tissue paper machines. Its 2850, 3600, and 3600/3650 series of high-speed crescent‑type machines boast mature technology and widespread market adoption, making them the industry’s mainstream high‑end models. ZDET provides custom‑designed Yankee hood systems for Shanghai Qingliang’s high‑speed paper machines; with advantages such as close structural compatibility with the original equipment, stable drying performance, excellent sealing, and reliable operation, ZDET has become a trusted, premium partner of Shanghai Qingliang.
- This project encompasses leading domestic household paper production facilities as well as overseas operations in Indonesia, Vietnam, and other markets. Leveraging precise OEM‑specific design and robust equipment performance, it fully meets the high‑end production requirements of high‑speed paper machines both domestically and internationally, delivering stable operation and excellent ancillary system integration.
Scope of Supply
- Custom-designed Yankee hood systems were supplied for Shanghai Qingliang’s 2850-series high-speed paper machines, with a total of 22 sets installed.
- Custom-designed Yankee hood systems were supplied for Shanghai Qingliang’s 3600/3650 series high-speed paper machines, with a total of six sets installed.
- In accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications, we provide custom-designed Yankee hood systems tailored to wide‑web, high‑speed, heavy‑duty machines, along with comprehensive turnkey equipment supply and installation services, meeting the bulk delivery requirements of projects both domestically and internationally.
Core technology
- In response to the high-end operating conditions of Shanghai Qingliang’s 2850, 3600, and 3650 high-speed tissue paper machines—characterized by wide web widths, high speeds, and substantial evaporation loads—and in conjunction with the original equipment manufacturer’s precision‑engineered design and stringent installation tolerances, we rigorously ensure precise equipment matching, uniform hot‑air distribution, reliable sealing, and stable high‑speed operation.
- Custom‑made Yankel hood units, precisely engineered to a 1:1 scale based on Shanghai Qingliang’s original factory design, are rigorously tailored to the paper machine’s Yankel cylinder dimensions, frame layout, and installation constraints, ensuring in‑situ mounting, seamless integration, and optimal alignment with the main machine.
- To optimize the performance of the air hood in high-speed household paper production, we have refined the nozzle angle, airflow configuration, and sealing structure, thereby enhancing drying uniformity and hot-air utilization while eliminating condensation, dripping, and paper drift, thus ensuring stable, continuous operation at high speeds.
- Adopting a standardized modular design enables seamless adaptation to both mass‑production and overseas project deliveries, ensuring consistent processes and quality. This allows for rapid response to domestic and international bulk‑supply requirements, delivering efficient execution and long‑term stable equipment operation.
