On December 12, 2025, Shandong Jin Cai Lun Paper Co., Ltd.’s flagship project—the PM19 paper machine—successfully commenced operation after meticulous preparation and commissioning. The entire production line is running smoothly, with the first roll meeting quality standards and all performance indicators fully compliant with design specifications, marking a milestone in the company’s journey of capacity expansion and technological innovation.
Strategic Planning, Smart Manufacturing for the Future
As a flagship project in Jin Cai Lun Paper’s strategic development plan, PM19 integrates cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing technologies and green production principles, equipped with an end-to-end smart monitoring system and high-efficiency, environmentally friendly treatment facilities. While boosting production efficiency, it also achieves energy savings and emission reductions, underscoring the company’s commitment to high-quality, sustainable growth.
Throughout the project’s construction, all personnel worked in close unity, surmounted numerous challenges, and collaborated seamlessly with equipment suppliers to efficiently complete critical milestones such as equipment installation and integrated commissioning. This ensured that the production line met its operational readiness ahead of schedule, exemplifying the Jin Cailun team’s tenacious spirit of perseverance and commitment to excellence.
Zhengding Environment: Partnering for Mutual Success
Hunan Zhengding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., as the project’s core equipment supplier, provided a complete hood ventilation system and an overhead hot-air heating system for PM No. 19 and for PM No. 18, which went into operation in May this year. This system integrates Zhengding Environmental’s latest energy-saving technologies and intelligent control solutions, achieving real-time optimization of airflow and heat recovery efficiency to significantly reduce energy consumption, thereby helping Jincailun Paper Industry attain its green production goals.
